Day 7 Today's Prayer Moment is drawn from 2 Sam. 16:5-14 It's a hateful world, Father, and we all know what it feels like to be hurt. The truth of the matter is, we've hurt others, and it's quite likely that we've meant to. We are sinners who open a Book that is eternal and inspired. We're haunted by our own footsteps from days and years gone by. Thank You for not writing us off. Thank You for never once throwing a stone at us. Instead, You offer comfort and acceptance and grace and mercy. We ask that You will change our hearts and minister through us to those who need to experience the same grace we have received. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
