expected quality, but how will it fit?

Question comes down to whether or not you need the extra width. Summary of my experience- regulars could never roll down very far. Magnums were serviceable but still really tight and unroll-able near the bottom. Physically speaking, I'm ~6.0" (or ~15cm) around. When I was younger and still growing, Magnums were fine until I was probably 5.7" around but I'm guessing these could be necessary for some guys at 5.5" or so depending on preference. Either way, never slipped or broke on me as far as I know.
